Happy birthday Jakob Dylan!
Jakob Luke Dylan (born December 9, 1969) is singer and songwriter, best known as the lead singer of the rock band The Wallflowers and has also recorded two solo albums. He is a son of singer-songwriter Bob Dylan and Sara Dylan.
After a seven-year pause, The Wallflowers has just released their sixth album (Glad all over) with The Clash legend Mick Jones on some tracks, and yes, they do sound like The Clash from time to time. Not a bad thing at all!
It is strange to witness how different the last Wallflowers album is compared to Jakob Dylan’s solo albums. But diversity is good.

They have released six studio albums, one compilation album and have had various songs on television and movie soundtracks. They have won two Grammy awards for Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal and Best Rock Song for their song “One Headlight” in 1998 (Wikipedia).

Personally I like his country flavoured solo stuff best, but The Wallflowers is a very good band!
