Dylan did not do any studio recordings of Seven Days, but he released a live recording from Tampa, FL – April 21, 1976 on The Bootleg Series (Rare & Unreleased) 1961-1991, Volume 3 on March 26, 1991.

He has performed the song 18 times live, 5 in 1976 and 13 in 1996.
