  1. Live is good. I like every version here but as a friend 0f Bobby from our younger years I still like the clarity of his version on “Blond on Blond”. It’s the one I listen to most often. It is Valentines day and i include here a post of a song I wrote of love lost and love found.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IGKXPP7O9y8. JRW

  2. Egil: Being 86 is my excuse for sending my previous comment with the wrong link. The one I mistakenly posted was an old demo from 1960 of how I sounded back in those early days when we were all friends and new to the scene.. Along with other voices of the time like Dave Van Ronk and Ramblin’ Jack we were all kids on the block, then Bobby started writing songs and you know the rest .Here’s the correct link to a song of “love lost and love found” I wrote and posted In a Valentines day video for my wife Kristin. “Why do I Feel the way that I do.” It’s a good day for a love song. I hope you enjoy it. youhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R7fuxITIOJI JRW

  3. That version from the UK in 2000 for sure is spectacular. This is a good song; someone should name a website after it, don’t you think?
